I will admit, my belly is shrinking a bit, but Iāve maintained weight (and added some too)! My goal is to stay round and really fill out with more muscle. Looking back Ive realized my 255 goal was easy to hit in just 2 months. Moving forward 265 will be the goal over the next 2 months. Trusting the process can be hard sometimes, but itās the first time Iāve attempted to do this clean. I want to respect my body, but I canāt lie- itās hot when I pig out on a pizza. The shakes Iāve been making are packed with extra peanut butter and strawberry jam and Iāve been craving them a lot! Iāve finally tweaked my diet to feel good and still maintain the gain ššš
My workouts have started to become a push to maximum, so my body is begging for fuel. Im having about 5 meals a day, with 1-2 shakes. My sleep is great too. My deep sleep is the primary state Iāve been monitoring steadily for a few months now. Itās the sweet spot for growth š Good signs all around and I think Iām managing pretty well.
Iāve had a few attempts in the past to go all in with this gig, but let other things get in the way of having fun and admittedly Iāve dropped the ball quite a bit. Iām managing this on my own and have never paid someone to run my page for me and I intend to continue running things like this. I take pride in it, and hope that this gaining journey with yāall is as fulfilling for you as it is for me!
