I was diagnosed with bipolar, and sometimes people with bipolar go through rapid cycling, which is reoccurring states of mania and depression (at least 4 episodes within a year). I have been experiencing intense rapid cycling. I need to start taking better care of myself and focus on myself and immediate surroundings. So, for the foreseeable future, I will not be posting, or post very intermittently, at the very least until I'm in a much more manageable mental state. I apologize again for the panic. I would like to request, if you don't know much about bipolar, to please search up some resources to better understand it.
