feeling coffee addicted at the moment ☕️ you know it started some years ago with like 1 or 2 cups per week just for the joy of coffee but as soon as it got a habit of mine I went from 1 or 2 cups per week to 1 or cups per day and now I reached a level where I drink approximately 2-4 cups of coffee per day 😵💫 maybe that explains my ADHD sometimes haha but no for real I should really try to reduce my portions per day 😂😂
Today I woke up totally dozen (I usually sleep naked so this is literally right after waking up hihi) absolutely not ready for the day 😂
It took me a lot of strength to get my stuff together and head to work but I had less hours then normally so I hold onto that knowing I can get back into my warm and cozy bed afterwards 🥰 since then, I'm not gonna lie I literally didn't leave my apartment.. I'm feeling kinda bad but ahhhhh I think anyone has these kind of days no? hopefully at least

I was out for a birthday from one of my girls today and honestly it's been ages since I was at any kind of party 😂 it was super fun and we've been doing crazy stuff hihi but after 4 hours I was drained in my energy. Girly nights can be super fun but afterwards I need some time to recharge my social battery mostly so I decided to leave early and just hang out alone at home.
Do you know this feeling when your social battery is empty or is that a me thing? 🙈

doing nothing 😂 😂 some people might think I'm boring because I prefer to stay at home but for me this is the most valuable time I have where I can fully express my inner self, free my head from all the work (at least most of the times 🥲) and get to learn more about myself. This is the time where you can actually go inside of you think about anything you want and just let go whatever you've been thinking about in the past few days.

It's Friday evening and I'm alone at home. A lot of people complain in such moments (me too sometimes not gonna lie 😂) but shouldn't we all be happy for what we have? Don't see it like, oh no I'm alone at a Friday evening. See it in a way of I'm alone on a Friday evening, healthy, food in my fridge, there's a moment to relax just by yourself without being in touch with countless people from work or whatever and I can just do whatever I feel like doing. Rather stay at home than going out for drinks in a club or whatever, be the best version of yourself and live by yourself 💝 That is the biggest gift you can make yourself. Personally I think it's way more fun staying at home doing whatever than spending time outside with people you barely know. These weekends are just necessary for me to recharge and I just know one day I will find the person I will LOVE to spend every single minute alone with on the weekends. 🧸 It will happen somehow, I don't know how yet but I'm excited for the next adventure
