Banks are giving them a hard time over processing payments, for both subscribers & creators, and are struggling to come up with investors. It wasn't that long ago, Pornhub was going through this, and still are... <--- gonna come back to this bit
Many in adult content industry. See this as Onlyfans turning its back on the very people and backs it built itself off of, and the one place Amatuers, and those ditching the "industry" hand to safely & legally interact with fans, sell content, or receive donations.
I don't see it that way...
I believe it stems from something bigger !! And think this will be a forever revolving door, as long as it goes untalked about.
Back to the Pornhub bit...
Pornhub was almost brought down, and could still very well be. By rightwing religious zealots standing on the backs of "reformed" sex workers and hard-core 3rd wave feminists. On a crusade in the name of fighting cporn on the internet, and "sex trafficking".
Most of the "testimonials" were from those claiming to have been "sex trafficked" Got into sex work on their own while lying about their age at the time, regretting a Gbang they did 10+ yrs in the past, getting fucked over a porn contract or some of the saddest. T who sent nudes to Tbois, that ended up online, and now theyre "sex trafficking victims"
At the same time, there are extreme Leftist fighting so called "sexist & racist norms" in the adult industry, and wanting to cancel Kinks like raceplay and forms of humiliation. While unbeknownst to all of them. They are all railing for the same thing, while fighting each other at the same time...

Pile on the Instagram, Twitch, & YouTube "egirls" who break the harts of simps the world over. On the promise of a boobie picture. Only to get a side boob. Making millions of dollars in minutes, breaking the internet, and the circus that comes from that on social media. And let's not forget the favoritism, and in your face double standards that comes from places like Pornhub & onlyfans.
Which is why we are where we are at with this debacle. All these people are trying to cancel, ban, censor, and protest against these sites. There biggest weapons are going after the backbones of these companies. There advertisers and financial institutions!
Like I said, this is a lot bigger than Onlyfans just turning its backs on creators. For these companies it is the path of least resistance from the mobs.
Can Onlyfans or Pornhub be saved ?
Probably not ! Not as long as this Left vrs Right mentality keeps people fighting amongst themselves...
This type of tribalism has been going on for almost 8yrs, and has spread into almost every aspect of life. The sad part, the ones doing most the crying about Onlyfans changing their platform up. Are the main reason they are doing it in the first place !
In the end, who really wins from these childish games ?
The only glimmer of hope content creators have to having a safe platform, is to stop this social justice Left vrs Righf bullshit !! So that way when a new site comes along to replace Pornhub & onlyfans, or one of you come up with the next big idea. This doesn't keep happening!!
What solutions do we have ?
*Well, like I said. We need to stop with this Left vrs Right nonsense!
*We need to start getting away from this idea of government backed money! Meaning these site, and content creators need to start making the move to using Crypto.
*"Industry porn" needs to die ! It is to corrupt to save. If they don't want to die with grace. They need to be kept separate from the amatuer space, and those looking to escape the industry.
In the end, these are just my opinions. What do they really matter ?
At the end of the day, I will be fine, just like the other girls with strong heads on their shoulders. We will move on, adapt and overcome. The weak will eat themselves, and burn everything down around them.
