Today I made time to seek out some new panties and a bra with a combination of fabrics. I suppose there IS a reason sports bras have fuller coverage. 😏 When a woman does pulls ups and hangs on a bar the shifting of skin is a real thing. These fancy little bras that are made to look pretty just weren’t designed to keep things in place when a woman is as active with her fitness as I tend to be. 🤭 💪🏻

The energy inside of me sometimes feels like a shaken bottle of coke, building this pressure inside of me as if I might burst at any moment. If you get a taste of my fizz I hope it feeds you only with the best of me to fuel your drive for a similar buzz about life. You know the kind of feeling that promises your purpose is relevant and grand. I want you to feel the way you positively impact everyone you contact and spread hope to others that life is a series of events that will matter before you leave. I’m sure it’s not news for me to say that I love flowers!!! They brighten my days and make my home feel like it’s been kissed by nature. I have some kinds of flowers that I replace every year, but I always enjoy picking new ones that strike my fancy on a whim. 🥰

If I didn’t have to spend so much time watering them, then I’d probably plant even more than I do each year. When I was small I used to dream about having a yard of nothing but flowers, but realistically grass is a bit more manageable and the flowers still bring me joy around my porches and in their beds. 🌸💖🌻💜🌼

I often wonder where I would be without my horses.

Horses have 10-13x more heart than humans; perhaps this is partly why they share it with us. 💜🐎💜

Ru is doing well as I’ve been getting him back into work. O and Astro are still out with injuries, but Ru seems to be enjoying the process of remembering how to find balance, move off my leg, maintain contact with the bit, and settle into a nice rhythm. It’s an elastic and dynamic process for both of us, but when we give each other the best parts of us, we get to have a nice ride. 🏇
