Hey y’all! I’m feeling much better thankfully, just very tired from two days of hell. Cant wait to sleep. Caffeine withdrawal is NO JOKE, I seriously thought I had the flu or covid until I remembered the last time I quit caffeine... 😩Nope, just went a little too cold turkey on cutting Coke Zero. Thank glob but ugh, haha taper off... taper off.
