Do not forget to keep your body moving throughout the day! I know I always push binge watching movies and chilling, and letβs definitely keep that up ππΌ but donβt forget to stretch, workout, or do some sort of physical activity to keep the body flowing. π during commercial breaks or parts of movies/ TV shows that I find to be boring, Iβll always do some crunches, planks and stretches.
