I think I've been resisting the urge to sleep a bit too much lately and putting too much pressure on my body... I've pushed myself too hard again🤣. I'm so good at pushing myself that I could cry 💭 I've decided to try and sleep when I'm sleepy. 👌🏻 I overdid it. Reflection🙌🏻
