Weight Lifting meets Jazzercise meets Girls Gone Wild and fun things happen! 😻 I truly DO work out like this when the camera is off. I sweat very easily, especially being in the jungle. My clothes get soaked through minutes after starting my routine, so I’ve learned to not even bother with them unless I have neighbors. Although even then, I test the boundaries with nudity. 😋 I really do dance around and sing out loud while I’m lifting or doing yoga, or even just walking. You can catch me bopping down a hiking trail singing and shimmying on any given sunny day. 🥰 The freedom in my heart to express in a way that feels good, allows me to not care so much what people think when they see me. I hope you get the chance to feel that way when it comes to how you express what’s in your soul. I love how bouncy all my curves are while I’m working out naked. It honestly feels like you can feel your form better when your movements are not limited by clothing. Have you ever worked out naked before? 😻
