Added 2023-09-15 23:10:54 +0000 UTCI haven’t been wanting to upload due to how my chest looks right now. I was doing super aggressive jumping jacks. Somehow I bounced them so aggressive I popped a vessel in my chest. This is the results after a week… they still very much hurt.
