At the beginning of the year I set a goal to change my life and today I have done just that 💫.
Sports have always been an inspiration for me, but now I've taken it to the next level! 🏋️♀️💪 I've not only gotten into exercise but also into interesting nutrition. So now I go to the gym regularly and then I make myself a delicious healthy dinner 🥗🍎.
Every day I can feel my body getting stronger and my mind getting more confident. What would you tell me to add? 💫
